Parlor Floor: Meeting spaces designed and staged as your prototypical Harlem Brownstone kitchen and living space. Features exposed brick, restored staircase, powder room, full kitchen, island, coffeemaker, coat closet and two high-definition TVs. Great for community and cultural events, fundraisers, baby showers and could be filmed as a charming urban or suburban home.
Lounge Floor: Casual space perfect for entertaining equipped with smart TVs, high end custom wood bar, leather sofas, couches, and full bathroom. This space would be the perfect set for a living room, lounge, or speakeasy scene.
